WARRANTY 

Your product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility for any warranty claims.

Our in-house leather specialists provide exclusive repair services for all our valued customers. You may get in touch with us at customerservices@juliewonglondon.com and we will provide you with a separate fee estimate for the requested repair services.

Tell us your special occasion / message to recipient at “Add a note” section prior to checkout! We offer gift wrapping and message card for free upon request.
