Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our warehouse is located in Hong Kong and we will endeavour to ship your product within 3 working days once you place the order. You may be required to pay any and all taxes, import duties, fees or other governmental charges (on top of the quoted purchase price). For further information, kindly contact us at

PREFERRED CARRIERS​

We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Our preferred carriers are as follows: 

For China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan orders: S.F. Express

For international orders: Hong Kong Speed Post / S.F. Express / FedEx

However, please note that we accept no responsibility for all loss and/or damages caused by any of the aforementioned carriers notwithstanding that we will endeavour to resolve any problems/ issues with the relevant carrier on your behalf. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange or refund will be allowed for defective or faulty products only. However, please note that personalized products are not allowed to be modified, cancelled or exchanged under any circumstances. If you believe that your product is defective and faulty, please contact customerservices@juliewonglondon.com, to request for exchange or refund.

To exchange or refund, you must send back such defective or faulty product back to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Such product must be in the original packagings (e.g. dust bag and cardboard box (if any)) as well as in new and resalable conditions. For clarity, products with any sign of wear/ packaging missing will not be accepted under any circumstances and we will deliver any items/products (so received by us) back to your given address accordingly.
